1. RUNOUT is in beta

RUNOUT is an early-access product under active development. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice, and availability is not guaranteed. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

2. Your account

Access is invite-only. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.

3. Your code stays yours

Connecting a repository grants us only the access needed to generate quizzes about your changes. We claim no ownership of your code. See the privacy policy for how we handle it.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUNOUT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. During the beta, don't rely on RUNOUT as your only measure of code comprehension.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
